Which kit should I get?

Hey, I need a new kit of RAM for my rig and have pretty much narrowed it down to these two:

So my question is which should I get? If you think there is something else i should look at I'm open to suggestions but am pretty sure about these two, prefer 1.5V.

Running an intel i7 930 on a Gigabyte X58A UD3R with a Radeon 5870 and don't really plan on overclocking.

Well, that depends. It looks like you'll be replacing any chips you currently have. I'd say the g skill kit has better timings. This would be good since you aren't overclocking your ram.
The only reason not to go for the g skill is if the height of the heatspreaders will reach the heatsink. Or stated more clearly, if your heatsink will not allow the taller ram to be installed. You didn't mention if you have an aftermarket cooler.

If they will fit, I say go for the g skill kit.

The G.Skill one is faster and has lower timings,so its a better choice.

ok, I was leaning to the G.Skill but just thought I'd see if anyone had any reason to go with the corsair set instead

I always go about things the Certified / Tested route + needs. While my 'assumption' is that the PI should work, I KNOW the Corsair Dominator I linked will work and will OC 25-30% higher and the CAS can be lowered on your MOBO. Knowing vs nodding your head guessing...

Regarding your MOBO I would not recommend SSD + RAID and be cautious about SSD + any multi HDD installations.

Well it looked like I was set with the G.Skill kit but then jaquith's dominator set dropped in price and with a 10 MIR is less than the G.Skill so I'm going to go with that, thanks for the responses
