No sound for windows xp toshiba

Hello, So im hopeful theres some guy that knows enough about computers to help so heres the question.I cleaned some files and lost my realtek hd audia drivers. I have no back up files and cant find any downloads for it when i go to device manager it says ive downloaded the device driver for hardware but cant find device driver ERROR 41 any clues
