Hi All
I wanted to ask you that which psu will be better: a corsair TX950 or PC Power and Cooling TurboCool 1KW SR? Secondly can PC Power and Cooling TurboCool 1KW SR support two ati radeon 5970 in crossfire?

Both are solid choices. I personally would get the 950TX. It is available on newegg for only $139 as well. And yes, it should power dual 5970s, although I can't imagine a situation in which you would need such a setup.

They're both PSUs made by reputable brands, But the PC Power and Cooling Turbo-Cool 1KW SR only has four six pin PCI-e, and for a HD 5970 CFX setup you'd need two six pin and two eight pin. The TX950W has more connectors, and should be able to handle a HD 5970 CFX setup, although I'd go for something like a Corsair HX100W to be sure.

i would say a corsair 950tx would do the job.
