Supplies of 4000 series cards are starting to dry up. The 5770 isn't the dog king game is making it out to be, but it's not a top-notch gaming card either. I have an i5 gaming rig and I game at 1680 X 1050... and most people here seem to think that my ATI 5850 is overkill, but that's what I went with and I have no regrets. Granted, I bought mine for $259 in October 2009, but still... that's what I wanted and that's what I got. I can play about everything I have at max resolution at max settings and STILL maintain a constant 60 FPS. That's what I wanted to accomplish with my build and that's what I did. Although most people agree the 5830 is overpriced for what it is, it too would be a good step up from that 5770 and should be available for purchase very shortly.

The 5830 is pretty much the 4890 now. and is 239 or so.

HD5830

2 other things I would suggest.

1) Samsung Spinpoint F3 model for the HDD or Seagate 7200.12 if Spinpoints are sold out.

2) Switch the case to the Antec 300 Illusion. 20 bucks more and well worth it in my opinion.
