Acer support please fix my lap top

Hi Acer, I have down loaded so much s... that now I dont know what I can and can't deleat. It has slowed down my laptop significantly. How do I fix?

This isn't Acer Support, this is an entirely different entity. If you are running low on space, go to Start, Control Panel, Programs, Add/Remove Programs. There you will find a list of all programs installed on your computer and can remove ones you know you don't use.
If you don't know what a program is, make a list and post the list here. We can help you decide what absolutely needs to stay. You can also invest in an external hard drive and back up any music, pictures, videos and what not to it to help clear your home/user folder.
