Micro Fusion 350/ Gigabyte GA-MA785GPM Can't Power On

Hello,

I'm building an HTPC with a Microfusion 350 case and a GA-Ma785GPM-UD2H mother board. I can't get the thing to power on. I've tried all the usual, reseating the memory and processor. This motherboard as a 2x4 12v power connection near the processor. The power supply with the case only has a 2x2 and a 2X12. It's been a few years since I built a PC and things have changed inside. I've also played around with the Power SW and Power LED with no luck. If there is anything else I should look for pointing it out would be greatly appreciated.

AMD Athlon II processor 3.0

2x2GB DDRII800 PC2-6400 Memory
