i was using my memory card on computer suddenly some error took place and now its not been detected in computer or cell

If you are using Windows, is the card detected in "Disk Management"?

(Press the Windows key
type "Computer Management"
press <enter>
under Storage, click on Disk Management)

If the card is listed there, it might just need reformatting. You would lose any data on the card by formatting, however. So, if the card is listed there maybe you'd want to research data recovery options before formatting.
