I am unable to get my ASUS P6X58D Premium motherboard to recognize more than 8gb even though 12gb of ram is installed.
Have the following:
motherboard: P6X58D Premium
motherboard bios: ver. 0813
RAM: OCZ3G1600LV6GK (2 sets of 3pair at 2gb each - 12gb installed)
OS: Win7 home premium
I've read allot of forms and have found no clear cut fix to the problem. Have set the:
- DRAM Frequency to (DDR3-1600mhz) and (DDR3-133mhz)
- have set DRAM timing to 9-9-9-24
- have set QQPI/DRAM Core volage to 1.35v
- have set DRAM Bus voltage to 1.64v
These are changes I've found in forums, with no success. Just lookingfor the solution to be able to use all 12gb of the memory I have purchased.
Thanks, Jim
