Hello,
I can see it under the "My Computer" folder and I can access external drive but cannot see files or folders or scan the drive for viruses...The properties of the hard drive show 0 bytes free and 0 bytes used...Cannot Autoplay the drive or access it through command prompt...

Can you try it on another computer? If so and does not work it is gone bad and data recovery needed.
