Will I be ok with this drive

I am pretty much giving up on fixing windows. I am planning on reinstalling windows on my hard drive, but I am not sure if I will have problems with the drive. I have had computer problems since I tried to add a hard drive to my computer. Here is a post of that problem.

I am not sure if the problem is with my drive or with my os. The Western Digital drive test shows that my drive is good, as well as windows diskcheck. Is there some other test or something that I can use to determine if I will have problems with my new install?
