Why does the green and red light on at the same time on a dq965gf

Hello,
I have Intel Mother board DQ965GF.
Just installed it on my computer and the red light and green light on the motherboard are on and wont turn off.

Umm maybe they are supposed to (i'm guessing these are the status board led's )? Are you having problems with the board?

My 750i has a two lights on 24/7 (wether its on or off these LED's are always on) =P
