I've been having a problem with my mouse the last couple days. If the cursor isn't moved for about 2 minutes, then the cursor will stick whereever it is. You then have to click a button to reactivate it. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I have no idea. I have turned all my power saving options off. I really don't know what else to do. I have the feeling it's something in the BIOS, though. I reinstalled Windows today (not because of this problem), and the mouse will still hang. I have a Soyo Dragon KT-400 PE mobo.

Thanks in advance for any help

Is it an optical mouse?
