i'll start off with specs
asus m4a79t deluxe
8G kingston hyper x ddr 3 1600 set to specs
2-4870's in xfire
2 150G velociraptors raid 0
phenom AM 3 965
zalman cnps 9900 led
1010 w FSP psu
XFI platinum fatality(latest W 7 drivers)
antec 1200 case
W7 pro 64

i am a bf1942 player,after about 10 mins of playin(online),i get severe stuttering,if If i quit and come back in,same thing.

latest bios.
tryed onboard sound
disabled 1 vid card
4 diff catalyst drivers
run as admin and tried in xp service pack 1,2 &3
plays cod WAW fine.
reinstalled game 3 times.
all latest drivers

hope thats all u need for any ideas

are u serious?coolest rig i've had.just ran HW monitor,hottest,GPU 57'C,CPU 46'C under load!1942 and COD WAW.
difference between idle and load(gaming )is 10'C

just played 2 maps and no stuttering.maybe its just settling in ..lol

ran the resource and performance monitor.

Error

Symptom: Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed.

3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.
4. Attempt to uninstall and then reinstall the device using Device Manager.

this is unlikely but I had a similar problem that was fixed by changing the memory. Unless it was an 8gb kit then they sometimes do not work with 4 modules. (I assume you are using 4) Try this memtest.
