Antec Eleven Hundred: Best Airflow Setup

What is the optimal airflow configuration for the Antec Eleven Hundred gaming case?

The case comes with a rear 120mm exhaust fan and a 200mm top exhaust fan. In addition, there are slots for 2 front fans, 2 interior fans, 2 side panel fans (left side, when looking at the case head on), and 1 side panel fan (right side, when looking at the case head on).

Please tell me what you think the best case fan setup is for optimal airflow.
