So far no new cases with SSD storage as stock and usb3.0 exteriors?

Are there any new mid-tower or high tower cases out there for the modern(2010) PC?

  1. You know what, I don't think there are. The thought hadn't even crossed my mind, but I definitely don't remember seeing any reviews.
  2. Well, SSD storage as stock yes, I believe either the SilverStone Raven RV02 or Fortress FT02 mounts the SSD on the side of the optical 5.25" drive bays. As for USB 3.0, I don't think so.

Lian-Li has one but doesnt have SSD storage drive bays as stock...
  4. Well that's the first one I've seen and I've been looking pretty hard. $350 seems alittle steep for a metal box that can't cost more than $25.00 dollars to produce including R&D costs!.
  5. ^ Well they do have Mid-Towers too with USB 3.0, but not sure if it available...but still those would also cost about $100-$200 I guess...
  6. I guess I finally found an article and a case worthy of the SSD and 2010! Lol! Anyway the price is still a question and at $500+ this is still way not worth it and far from being mainstream like SSD's in general! USB 3.0 might be more common by the time these cases come out in full force by other vendors as motherboards are slowly adding them on...

9 Internal 3.5 drive bays!! Thats a crazy amount of SSD cages! I guess one could use the supposed space for disc drives(floppy) for SSD space.... but I also found a case on TOMs today that is SSD friendly as well and interestingly it is also from Lian Li... no word on USB3.0 on the front though....
