Over clocking problems

i cant over clock my computer. the problem im having after i over clock the cpu. my computer freezes when playing you tube videos. my computer specs motherboard m4a89gtd pro usb.corsair hx1000w modular power supply. 8gb corsair xms3 video card radeon 6670 cpu heat sink fan hyper 101.hard drive hitachi 320gb .the only up grade i have done so far is the power supply up grade hx1000w.my old power supply i had the same overclocking problem it was 500 watts.i like to find out is it my video card or heatsink thats keeping me from over clocking . i like to fix the problem .thank you for your time

First: what CPU do you have, what are your temps when browsing the web and playing games, and have you overclocked your graphics card? If we don't know this we cannot really help you.

my cpu is 1100 t 3.33 ghz 40c. my video card gpu 800 mhz. memory clock 1100 overclocked to 1150 temperature 33c with load 38c

Leave your memory at stock settings until you nail down your CPU OC.
