Timings and Bandwidth------RAM

I have an Asus Motherboard with ability to adjust my RAM timings. I purchased RAM (DDR2) with advertised timings of 444-12. If I increase the timings to 555-15 would that increase the
bandwidth(speed) ?
it's 667 DDR2..
