Hp 110 net book

i have an hp 110 net book just recently it started going wonkie if i restart it it gets stuck in loading screen with hp logo and f9,f10 option but want restart i found on one web site they sayed to put it in frige for thirty min and try restarting it and that works but i have to do this every time i want to restart it i know the hard drive is good i ran a test on it so can any one tell me whats wrong and no i dont have an sd card in the slot like some dum ass did on another thread did i had to tell them to take the sd card out so theres would restart help please im stumped no one has had any good fixies so far

Sounds like it is failing and needs a repair. I do not think there is any magic solution.
