Freezing high AUX temp

Those are my specs speedfan reading high aux temp 110 and comp is freezing randomly i head it could be north south bridge that maybee putting a internal fan on those spots would help?I know usually you just ignore AUX on speed fan but im freezing up and my monitor will turn off like it asleep and when i move my mouse it wont turn back on but the computer is still running.strange...
