System disk boot failure sata

[Help me please]

Hello,
I just built a computer I got a Gigabyte S-series motherboard9M61PME-S2p,AMD Phenom II Black Edition Processor 3.1GHz True Dual-Core 7.0 MB Cache,WD 1Tera Caviar Black HD and a GeForce 9800GT 1GB GDDR3 Video Card. When I turn on the computer it sees the HD But then when it is berifying DMI Pool Data it come up disk boot Failure, Insert system disk and press enter, also Pro. Master and Slave Disk say none. I just buit this thing and its allready acting up lol. Can anyone Please help

Gigabyte don't seem to have a 9M61PME-S2p motherboard.
