It comes with that, it's a water cooling kit. The thing is, is it worth the extra money?

Will it be easy to replace the waterblock if LGA 1150 is not comparable?
I'm thinking about putting my 8120 to around 5GHz, can that cooler do the trick?

Well, I have a 750w PSU and a 7970.
Would that be enough?

How would I drain it?
The things you need to do for a water cooler sounds kinda like a fish tank.
So would a thirsty can do the trick?

Another thing is could I stick the radiator outside the case so I can get a giant double one like this?

Also 2 More Questions:

1. Can you look at this and tell me if it's everything I need (of course not the water), also I'm gonna get one of those silver things to kill mold but is that all?
2. What "Order Of Flow" should I use (of course since I'm comparing this to a H100i so it's a CPU only loop)?

That seems to come with everything you need. Obviously more fittings and blocks are needed if you want more things in the loop.

Not sure what you mean by order of flow as that's only a CPU kit but you can use a splitter to send one flow to the CPU and one to the GPU and rejoin for the rad so they are in parallel.

By that I mean what part of the cooling should go first?
Like should the pump, pump directly to the CPU then cool the water or the other way around?

I Also Have 2 More Questions:

1. Should I use Liquid Ice or distilled water?
2. Should I cycle it with water, then dump it out and put in new water so I can get any dust out of the loop?
