Want to capture console footage

Heyo. I am running Windows XP Pro and was hoping to find out the best solution to just get simple game footage captures. I would just do it with RCA jacks, nothing more fancy than that.

I've seen the Dazzle, but also have heard it can be done with cards. All I want is for the video to look fine, sound to be there (in sync of course), and hopefully not expensive.

Only graphics card that I've heard that can do that is the ATI all in wonder series, which I haven't seen in a while. You may as well get the dazzle as it would be cheaper than a all in wonder card.
