Satellitedirect registraton

Hello,
I have an account with satelllitedirect and have been watching news. Lat night while I was watching a notice came up on the screen that said a n updated version of satellitedirect was available and suggested that install it. Well I did and now it says satellitedirect has been installed on another computer of mine I cannot install again with the same registration code on this computer. I havent installed satellitedirect on any other computer. Please help!!!!!
