1 week ago i got a blue screen and had to reinstall windows, but after i did that my ssd has been really slow it takes around 2 min to boot it took 20 secs. and simple programs like firefox crash all the time, its really annoying.
so i downloaded atto and ran a test and i got horrible results link to download benchmark: http://i.imgur.com/lo6lm.png It's really unstable :S
And i have downloaded windows 7 service pack 1 and all the other updates/ drives.
So what should i do?

I am pretty sure its on my ssd but how do i change that?

Yes, your drive is definitely unstable. Secure Erase the drive and perform a fresh install.
Benchmark again with ATTO and if you get the same results you should rma the drive.
