Please be more specific. If you have installed ALL the XP updates and the latest video driver for your hardware then you have every feature your hardware supports.

yes i did install all xp updates,before direct fixtures installation,all were disabled,after installation 2 out of 3 were enable,ie directdraw n direct3D,AGP STAY DISABLE

What is your hardware? If this is Intel graphics then that is normal and it has no effect on the graphics speed.

yes is an intel graphics.whats the best to hv in order to ply games?

Intel as about the slowest graphics made! I prefer AMD/ATI cards, but Nvidia are also good.
