PC problem Plz help

My computer has
Latest Intel Atom Fenless onboard processor 1.66 GHZ,
1 GB RAM,
160 GB HDD.
O.S. – XP SP2
Although my computer run smoothly But I have been facing a problem that when I turn of the computer & restart, it boot after 2-3 minutes later. Some time It even doesn’t boot also. Some time it boot only after pressing reset button. some time It boot normally. At the time of problem no screen display and system beep sound not occur. I have changed my RAM, SMPS but problem is still running. What can I do plz help?

What changes have you made to the system {i.e. new hardware, software, RAM, etc}.

The first thing that I would try is to run System Restore and find a restore point prior to the problems.

No changes have been made. & everything is in defult settings.
