Should i choose GTS 250 or HD 4870?

Well i am not a GC expert~but both perform very well. Which one should you choose? Do comment and explain because i don't really know which one to choose between this two.

performance based 4870 will beat GTS250 any day. the correct trading punch partner for 4870 is GTX260. usually 4870 will be cheaper than GTX260. take the one that suit to your like

yeah but i took that of the "sum of fps benchmarks" so in general 4870>gts250>4850

Those Tom's charts tend to be a bit sketchy. That "sum" doesn't include many games and does include Last Remnant which notoriously favors Nvidia cards to an absurd degree(a GT 220 beats an HD4850.) I would trust either of these more as a basic guide;
