Is this ok for a beginner??

i run prime95 1 hour and no bsod or system restarts,but my temperature is around 59 degrees..is it safe running on this temperature?

core speed-3106.07 mhz
multiplier- x 13.5
bus speed- 230.08 mhz
ht link- 920.28 mhz
dram voltage 1.85
nb speed- 1840.92
vcore voltage- 1.400
pcie speed- 99.95
Dram frequency- 306.8 mhz
Fsb: Dram- 3.4
Nb frequency- 1840.6 Mhz

Max temperature- 59 degrees

Uhmmm i think there is a incompatibility on my video card on this setting,,when i adjust my video card core clock the screen goes flickering..,

Your video card probably needs more voltage for the core clock you are trying to reach.

oww so thats maybe the problem..i cant adjust the core voltage on msi afterburner or any oc tools...

There is a setting to unlock voltage control in afterburner. I can't remember exactly what it is called. Make sure you monitor temps.

yeah i allready tried on the msi setting but it didnt unlock..,maybe im not gonna mess with the vga clock settings..,and my psu is not true rated psu so i wont overclock my gpu anymore^_^

for pgu stress testing download furmark, if you get artifacts lower your core and memory
