Is my graphics card dead?

I've been having some issues with my pc, first it went to bsod, then it kept switching off as if the cpu was overheating (fan was running fine - i had just cleaned it) now when i start my pc the monitor recieves no signal at all. nothing. pc isn't switching off now tho. does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on with my pc?

maybe a PSU problem

did u just upgrade it? how old is the PC?
