Hp laserjet 1100 not printing

I can't get my printer to print documents. It wil print th HP Laser Jet Cover but will not print documents. I have selected HP Laser Jet as my default. I have unplugged the printer twice. Nothing. Green light is on.

I changed the cartridge a week ago and there seemed to some toner on the documents. I put in a different cartridge and unable to documents.

make sure the printer is not set to print OFF line under the printer properties on your computer
