Dual/Triple-Channel

I have ASUS P6X58D-E which is triple channel, I have Corsair XMS 3 Dual-channel, they will work on it? and if I buy another 1 slot they will work as a triple channel?

Yes and yes. There is nothing in the memory that makes it X channel. It has to do with the controller, which in your case is in the CPU.
