I have a packard bell ixtreme x5620uk pc, and would like to get a decent graphics card, preferably 512mb and above, and possibly a new psu.
I got my pc in Dec 2009, and i see from the case it was manufactured in Sept 2009, so it is new.

I know i have asked which graphics card i can run on it(i think it has a 250w psu, but not sure). But if i did have to look at a psu, what would i need to look for, and what would be suitable for my pc(so as not to damage the pc), also what graphics card would be ok - i think my pc is micro atx?

My spec is :

Intel core 2 quad 2.5ghz, 1333mhz, 4mb cache
windows 7 home premium 64
4gb ddr2 ram
640gb hdd
nvidia 7100 integrated graphics

resolution is 1366x768 max. Not sure of budget, but as cheap as possible, as am not serious gamer, but have just been bought tomb raider underworld and it is laggy - requires 256 mb of dedicated graphics card. To be honest, i think it may be more realistic to look at anything from 256mb up - what do you think.

Thanks for that - will the hd5570 run on the 250w psu with no probs - also, forgot to ask, does it matter if the card is ati or nvidia?
