CPU and motherboard choice

Hey, I have been designing my new budget gaming build (£550 budget) and have been strugling with choosing my CPU and the motherboard to go with it.
Budget for the motherboard and CPU is about £130 ish
OVERCLOCKING:Yes
Ideas: MSI 770-C45 with a AMD ATHLON II X2 240 around £100
P.S. everyone is saying not to get the core duos' as they are out dated but if I want to upgrade my CPU I will probably upgrade the motherboard as well so I am not to bothered about that
so what do you guys think?

i5 750 will probably be the best CPU to get since like zipzoomflyhigh said games require more now and it will help futureproof your build. What else are you getting in your build?

the i5 really doesn't fit into my budget.
Buying in July
ATI HD5830 £190 ish
ANTEC 300 & ANTEC 650W TRUEPOWER MODULAR - £100
SAMSUNG F3 1TB - £60
G.SKILL RIPJAWS 4GB - 100
DVD COMBO - £20 ish
TOTAL - £470 so only really have £80 left but it dont matter too much
