How to maximize SSD benefit

I consider buying Samsung 830 64GB as a system drive, so of course I will install Windows 7 on this. Besides Windows 7, what else should I put on the SSD to maximize the benefit? For example, should I move or install again Steam games and/or MS Office to the new drive? Other than gaming, this PC is usually playing streaming video, working on Office, browsing webs, and DVD-to-mobile format converting (not yet, but will do after finding a good software). Here is the PC's current spec.
