PC BUILD HELP

I have built a PC but when I tried to boot it up the monitor is just a blank screen ,I'm useing a geforce 8400 gs pci-e 256 graphics card, could it be the card ?

It could be anything.

Have you tried rechecking your connections and reseating the memory card and video ?

Did you read the sticked thread and try everyone of those possibilities before posting? I would start wit that thread and see if any of that corrects your problem.
