Dont like the Mobo.

a) its a micro and you dont need a micro for the CM690.
b) No USB 3 or Sata 6.
c) its a Xfire/sli board

Try this one.
GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD3P

Do you really need the ECO version? Try these cheaper and better ram.

Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB 105 after MIR

Af far as OCing goes you will probably need a cooler try this combo. The Hyper 212 plus is one of the best bangs for the buck when it comes to cooling and its in a combo with an optical for 45 bucks.

Just my 2 cents
