Adjust video ram shared memory in bios

Thinkpad readme says to set 8 MB of VDRAM shared memory in bios. But HOW you do it is not given. My question is : What are the exact steps to do this?

I am not sure about your Bios, but in bios look for potions in tabs where there will be VDRAM option, if its a AMD based system then it must there in Northbridge or Southbridge settings.
