The minimum requirement for this gfx card is a 650W psu for single card and an 850w for Crossfire,So a 650w

:ouch:
No way you can get a PSU+card to run games at 1920X1080.
In fact a worthy card to run games at that reslution will cost you at least Rs10000 alone.

Increase your budget.

Which psu do u have right now? amps ,watts etc

Reply to Aneesh@4GHz

right now i am having INTEX 450WATTS PSU. if i increase the budget till 10000INR which card will be best for my screen resolution i.e, 1920x1080 and which should match my motherboard i.e, DG31PR. also reply details for the best PSU i.e,which brand .thank you.

Intex 450W is very very very very low quality PSU.

Is the Rs10000 budget for Card+PSU?

I would suggest you a HD 4850+Corsair 400CX PSU for Rs10000

Or a HD5750 + Corsair 400CX for Rs 11000

If 10000 is only for GPU then get a HD 5770 along with Corsair 400CX.

Here are the links to all the parts I mentioned:

Corsair 400CX:

HD 5750:

HD 4850:
http://www.lynx-india.com/index.php?productID=6090

HD 5770:
http://www.lynx-india.com/index.php?productID=9192

HD 5770 will be awesome for that resolution.

And yeah...HD 4850 and HD 5770 are same performance wise. But HD 5750 has DX11 support and lower power consumption.
