Hi, I currently have a 2500k running at stock speeds (see my signature for my specs) and want to overclock it soon.
The Hyper 212 Evo seems like a good bet because it is cheap and relatively good (i'm not bothered about noise).
I'll upgrade my Case at the same time to a Zalman Z11 or a HAF 912. Will i be able to achieve an overclock of 4.5 Ghz on my 2500K using a Hyper 212 Evo and it be stable? If so what temps should i expect?
Thanks.

When I clock my 2600k to 4.4Ghz@1.25-1.27v I usually run about 65C max load with my two fans on low on my Hyper212. However my case is pretty snazzy when it comes to Airflow. May want to take a look at it.

Overclocking the 2500k is easy, just need to keep her cool. I will say this, if you clock to 4.5Ghz make sure you don't just jump to a 45x multiplier. Learn about the voltage of the chip first. Don't EVER go over 1.5v without extreme cooling. Basically as a Rule of thumb I try to stay below 1.3v at all costs.
