APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Tomorrow or next day

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Video editing & gaming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: i7 920, asus p658d, hyper 212+ cpu cooler, 1.0 TB black WD hd, monitor

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe in future

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I need help with graphics card selection, one of these or another in $300 price range. I favor the toxic because of extra cooling and quieter operation, but like the warranty on XFX. I might want to add a second graphics card in future.
Also, i am not sure of which ram to use. I probably will not overclock but might just to play with it. Do you recommend other ram that would be comparable quality but at less expense?
Lastly, is power supply adaquate for this build?
