Remove login requirements in network computers

Hello,
can somebody help me? last time when i try to access our another computer using networking it does not ask for a login info. but when i tried to access it now, i don't know what happened that it asks for login detail like username and password and worst i can not change the username. it is guest by default and disabled!

its ok now..the only problem now is its ip address will change automatically..sometimes it causes ip conflict..
