What Mobo for my budget gaming build?

I want a REALLY cheap mobo for my new build. I want a reliable brand, AM3 mobo, probably mATX because its cheaper. What am i looking for when buying a mobo? The budget is around $70 AUD or less. Im buying from mwave.com.au. It only needs 2 ddr3 ram slots because at the moment i'm going to use 1 4GB ram stick.

Here are all the other components i'm buying:
Case - Antec Two Hundred V2 (Know any cheaper cases that have good cooling?)
CPU - Athlon II x4 640
HSF (CPU Cooler) - Cooler Master Hyper Tx3
RAM - Corsair 4GB DDR3-1333
PSU - OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w
HDD - Samsung 500GB Spinpoint F3
GPU - Palit GTX 460 1GB Sonic or Sonic Platinum (Any help?)

So yeah, anyone have ideas for a cheap AM3 motherboard. Also if you see any faults with my system point them out

The asus board you selected will work. I recommend the corsair 550 ps if you haven't got one yet. It's better quality than ocz. At 105, it won't break your budget. It's rated at 41 amps for the 12v rail. It may also have a better warranty.
