How much do I need to spend for a dual monitor gaming setup?
Resolution - 1440 x 900 (each screen)
Games I will play - Mw2, Fallout 3 etc (most new games ecept crysis)
Notes - I would like the games to look nice, not max, just 'nice'. By this I mean medium settings no aa or af. I was thinking low end cpu, 5850 or 5870, 4gb ram, so around £650/£700

This isn't something someone can just tell you. Why don't you actually look up the components?

I can tell you that it would be better for multiple monitors to get the HD 5870. I can also tell you that you typically need about 1,000 USD (~675 pounds) to fit that into a build, and that's assuming you can find several good deals.
