Bios Help?

Hello to All,

Q: Not good with the bios settings what will the best settings be for my pc want to run at mabe 3.7 3.8 if its possible very new at OC also.

System Specs:

Honestly, use google to search "Overclocking 3570k" and see how many hits you get right here on Toms Hardware. Those processors are so easy to overclock that it's not funny. The IB's are almost as easy as the SB chips are. For the overclock you're looking at... That could probably be done simply by switching the multiplier from 34 to 38 and that's it.

There's so many guides and posts about that processor on here... Just search my friend trust me, just search.

Thanks for the awnser im doing that a nother Q: With the Z77 Mpower you get OC profiles can i download them or must i create my own?

I'm not sure honestly. I don't have any experience with that board. I'd imagine that the wonderful lady google is could tell you though. :)
