Motherboard Replacement Suggestion

A friend just brought her PC to me and its pretty obvious her MB is dead (no post, beeps, all other hardware tests fine, etc).

The machine she has is built on a ASUS M2NBP-VM CSM AM2 NVIDIA Quadro NVS 210S Micro ATX AMD Motherboard, which is about three years old and I have not been able to find at any reputable locations.

Can anyone recommend a comparable MB I could use as a replacement (her CPU, RAM, HD, PSU, all seem to be good).

Did you check the PSU? What CPU?

PSU tested fine. I believe the CPU is an Athlon 64 x2 4200, socket AM2 from what I get off the MB. (Box also has 2 x 1GB Corsair Value 533 DDR2 RAM, 500GB SATA HD).

You "may" want to consider a NEW CPU, MOBO and {probably} RAM and get something "newer."

With her budget she was merley hoping to find MB that would support what she has ... so we will keep looking.
