Hello,my current boot drive is C, the problem is C has only 17GB (when its empty), and I have two more hard drives (D and G) that each one of them has 90 GB free, when I tried to download a "Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant" it said that in can't download because he needs 20GB free in drive C, is that because my main boot volume is C? if so can I somehow change the main boot drive to be D or G so I can finally download the upgrade assistant? Thanks for all the helpers... ;)

You cannot change drives because you are performing an upgrade. If you perform a full install you will be able to select another drive.
