New overclocking build

hi im thinking of doing overclocking build but i have these parts in mind fx 4300 and Asus M5A99X EVO AM3 DDR3 Motherboard and i want to overclock the cpu 4.9 to 5ghz and i want to get a water cooler like h60 and i live in australia so what do you guys think

why not FX 8320? you have very good Mobo
fx 4300 will perform worse than i3
