E-machines Model M681: Opinions?

For those in the know about e-machines, I was wondering what you thought of
the model M6811? What other laptops come close in overall stats and
performance? All opinions welcome!

I have the m6809 which is identical except for the processor (3200+>3400+)
and the two have modems from a different manufacturer. The machine is
amazing for the price. The compaq/HP models would be a good alternative in
the same price range if gaming/3d work is not a concern. If it is, the m6811
is by far the better choice.
