Why is my computer not working safe mode

safemode in a computer is not working

boot up normally

then do START -> RUN and type msconfig

you should have a check box for Safe Mode, save and reboot

before you reboot out of Safe Mode make sure to un-check the Safe Mode box

Hi, thanks for replying. but i was trying to use the safe mode to disable the password on my computer because somebody put a password and forgot it. and it happens my computer has only one user account. so i cant access nothing from it without the password.
