I5 3570k oc

I have been lookign around for some info on a i5 3570k ov @4.0 ghz with a cooler master hyper 212+ and I want to know if the temps (estimated or not) are ok and safe or if I would need to go go at a lower overclock. Thanks.

Safe to oc No problem

Many people have made it to 4.4Ghz without being too high on the Hyper212+. Biggest thing to worry about is the thermal paste application. Learn how to do it before you install it!

I personally can run 4.6Ghz on my 2600k at a voltage offset that pushes me just over 1.3v and stay under 70C with IntelBurnTest and under 65C with Prime95.
